Many clients need planning permission for their buildings and this can be a daunting and expensive task. We've therefore introduced a new service to save you money, time and effort as well as de-risk your project.

How does it work?

Step 1. Pre-Planning Assesment

After receiving our quotation, you can pay a small, no-obligation fee of £60+VAT and we will undertake pre-planning work.

We use our experience to discuss your site with your planning office, consider any local restrictions, and give you an honest appraisal of the likelihood of having planning permission approved, or get confirmation of permitted development. 

It should take between 5-10 days to get a response from your planning office. Depending on the outcome we will alert you to any additional costs and specialist reports beyond our standard planning service and discuss options. This protects both you and us from unnecessary work that leads nowhere; let's face it, we all have better things to do!

Step 2. Full Planning Application

Once we are both confident that you'll get planning, we ask you to pay the initial 20% invoice for your building so that we can fully engage our design and planning service and push forward with confidence that the planning will be approved. It also allows us to pencil in a manufacturing slot to help smooth production requirements so you can receive your building as soon as possible after approval has been granted.

Should, unexpectedly, planning permission be denied we will refund you your 20% payment less ¬£750+VAT which covers our costs for design, planning consultancy and planning applications. We believe this is significantly cheaper than other planning and architectural services.
